HGV Technician Needed for Nights in Manchester 
  • £40,000 Basic Salary 
  • £50,000 OTE 
  • Week 1: Tuesday - Friday 6pm - 6am 
  • Week 2: Monday - Wednesday 6pm - 6am
  • Overtime available at 1.5x rate 
  • Brand training provided 
Are you an experienced and skilled HGV Technician looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opening at our clients Commercial Main Dealership in the vibrant city of Manchester. Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Carry out inspections and servicing in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HGV Technician or a similar role, preferably in a commercial dealership environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of heavy goods vehicles, their systems, and components.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid HGV driving license (preferable).
