Are you a skilled and passionate automotive Panel Beater looking for an exciting opportunity with a market-leading company? Due to a recent expansion, my client is now looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join their team in Corby as a Panel Beater. 
  • Basic Salary up to £20/hr (£45,000)  depending on experience / qualifications
  • Plus Performance/Efficiency related bonus 
  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Flexible Start / Finish times 
  • 42.5 / 45 hours per week
  • ATA Training Provider

As a Panel beater, you will play a big role in transforming damaged vehicles into something 'good as new'. Your expertise in panel reparation  will contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal and quality of our vehicles. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your interest in getting things right first time to maximise everyone's efficiency bonus. 

Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles. 
  • Returning damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. 
  • Working to manufacturer standards. 
  • Using your knowledge and expertise to decide the best way to do the repairs. 
  • Communicating with your team of MET and Paint technicians to get the best overall result from the repair process. 
  • Using specialist body repair equipment in their state of the art workshop. 
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • NVQ or ATA qualification (The company are happy support renewing these for you.) 
  • You will have experience as a Panel Beater, ideally from an automotive repair background 
  • Someone who pays close attention to detail.
