- Basic salary £24,000 ; OTE £29,000
- Monday - Friday with Saturday on a rota

Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Parts Advisor:
- Provide technical and logistical assistance to customers
- Check incoming goods against delivery notes for damage
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and estimating
- Monitor parts stock levels and handle returns
- Verify inventory system accuracy through computer listings
- Keep obsolete stock to a minimum
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service
- Experience within the same or similar role
- Automotive experience is essential
- Great telephone manner
- Driving licence preferable
- £24,000 Basic salary with OTE of £29,000
