We are currently seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to join our client's Main Car Dealership in the Chingford, London area. Our client is committed to providing their customers with the best possible experience when it comes to buying and owning a car and that's where you come in!

As a Used Car Sales Manager you will lead, motivate, inspire your Car Sales Team, maintain an established family feel for the team there to meet and exceed KPIs and provide solutions for customers in their car buying journey.

In this Used Car Sales Manager role typical duties include:

  • Coaching and managing a team to achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual new car sales targets.
  • Developing a Department Profit Plan and setting new car sales budgets.
  • Ordering new car stock from the Manufacturer.
  • Implement and manager sales and referral processes.
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
  • Working with a team of New Car Sales Executives to ensure all customers are aware of full product range.
  • Monitor and control Vehicle Preparation cost and standards.
  • Developing forecourt displays and implementing best practices.
  • Strive to provide industry-leading standards of customer care.
  • Encourage utilisation of latest digital tools to provide and all-encompassing sales experience.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to all FCA Guidelines.
