Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to step out of a corporate showroom for a field based Sales Development Manager role? Have you got contacts and connections within the motor trade?

I am working with a client who is looking for an experienced Motor Trade professional who has a demonstrable background in sales or as a development manager within the motor trade who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to progress into a field based Sales Development Manager.

What is needed as a Sales Development Manager:
  • Previous experience of sales or similar within the Motor Trade.
  • Experienced in dealing with warranty products and service plans.
  • A good understanding of client and relationship building.
  • Able to develop, grow and drive the business and revenue forward.
  • Can create and implement a strategy of continuous growth across dealer networks.
  • Able to translate the clients “Trusted Partner” vision into all new clients.
  • Can confidently present and deliver the clients products range to new customers.
  • Experienced with meeting KPI’s and targets.
  • Able to manage both client and stakeholder expectations based on business need and organisational priorities.
  • Have good organisational and management skills
  • Have a full UK driving licence
