I’m Harry and I joined Perfect Placement as an Apprentice Business Administrator in September 2019, after completing my A-Levels.

Since joining Perfect Placement as an apprentice and completing my course, I have gained many valuable skills such as communication, knowledge of the Motor Trade and Professionalism. These skills have set me in good stead to continue my career with Perfect Placement on the Recruitment side of the business. 

Through showing strong initiative and drive, in April 2021, I was promoted to Recruitment Executive covering the Bristol & South Wales regions alongside Senior Recruitment Consultant Josh Buck. I recieved further promotion in June 2022 to Senior Recruitment Executive and since April 2024 I have enjoyed further promotion to Principal Recruitment Executive. 

Since working for Perfect Placement, I have gained a strong interest in both Recruitment and the Motor Trade. I pride myself on providing the best quality customer service, and ultimately finding my candidates the role that suits their needs and skills the best and finding my clients the perfect employee who will suit the criteria that the role requires.

When I am not working, I am often in the gym attempting to keep fit and strong! I also love to watch Football and Boxing and hope to one day travel the world to watch these sports. If I am not doing that, then you can find me out and about with my friends and family or sometimes on the golf course!
