I joined Perfect Placement in 2021 as a Recruitment Executive, after a year of consistent efforts and hard work and success, I was promoted to a Regional Recruitment Consultant. I’ve learnt a lot about the automotive industry in my year with Perfect Placement. I’ve become a specialist in the details and skills required for all job roles in the trade ranging from Sales to Technicians to Management roles. This allows me to be more specific when sending candidates to companies, as well as finding suitable staff for companies looking for specific skillsets. 

I am a University of East Anglia graduate, and hold a master’s degree in Philosophy. I recognise the importance of helping people maximise their potential and working within recruitment allows me to do this. I also like to stay organised, and I always aim to pay attention to detail.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit and also to feel a sense of personal progression. I’m outgoing, and often find myself in a new city on my weekends. I’m a people person who enjoys making new connections, so get in touch!
